Volvo is a subsidiary of Zhejiang Geely Holding Group and is heard to be working on its next project for the Indian luxury car market and this time its going to be nothing less than sensational, Volvo S60. The launch is expected to occur in the 1st quarter of running year.
As per the reliable sources from industry, Swedish luxury car maker will bring its all exclusive Volvo S60 in India by next month. Last launch from the company's stable was Volvo XC60, the super luxury barge.
The luxury dip, Volvo S60 will enter India as a CBU (Completely built Units) form which is same as in case of all other car models on India's portfolio from the company. The major competitors of Volvo S60 in Indian markets will be Audi A4, Mercedes Benz C class, BMW 3 seriesand likes.
The styling of all exclusive Volvo S60 bears strong hint of its sibling Volvo SC60. The major resemblance lies in the strong front view and roofline of a coupe. The power terrain used in the model will be 2.4-litre turbo diesel same as that in Volvo XC60. The engine is built to give a top power of 205 Bhp which is going to be best in class figure if it appears on Indian roads. The official statement on the launch of this model is yet not made by company officials but with high hopes company is soon to unveil this beautiful luxury car in the Indian auto market.
